In response to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, social distancing, and quarantining to keep ourselves and our loved ones safe, we are currently not able to provide Nosotros Academy students with a studio environment to create art. However, we are able to send home packets and have online access to a variety of art activities, exercises, readings, videos and other web resources to keep our art muscles strong.
At this website you will find art assignments and activities that range from ages K-12.
If you are not from Nosotros Academy feel free to use any of the material provided for your own classroom or home setting, just be sure to give credit!

Nosotros Academy offers studio courses to all age groups with a strong influence on artist studio practices. Our online courses encourage creative, imaginative and innovative thinking
We also emphasize creating joint art pieces to show the importance of community and collaborative thinking.
We keep Studio Habits of Mind in and out of the classroom environment. Our students find out how artists generate ideas, reflect, observe, envision, develop craft, engage & persist, and understand the arts community.
Our classroom is a great place to research and execute an idea. Students are encouraged to check out materials to take home to further explore what they have learned in class.
